our story
In 1927 Lawrence Dargans built a Pub & Grocery to serve the small population of Cookstown, a Market town in the North of Ireland. He and his family ran a successful business, a local’s social hub known for the craic (Gaelic for good times).
This family tradition has spanned three generations and continues with Dargan’s Irish Pub & Restaurant in Santa Barbara owned and operated by Lawrence’s grandson Paul Dargan.
